This impressive villa sits in a quiet residential area on the edge of the lovely village of Aumes, 5 minutes from Pézenas.

The house is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and has air-conditioning in two bedrooms and the living room.

Four bedrooms in total. Two en-suite bathrooms. One other bathroom.

All bedrooms open out over the pool.

Farmhouse-style kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, living room has UK satellite TV.

Lovely garden area with south-facing, extensive terrace and many colourful flowers.

Private pool 8m. x 4m. Separate, shaded dining terrace with BBQ. Sun-loungers.

Grocery store in Aumes, 1 minutes walk.

All amenities in beautiful Pézenas (5 min drive). Huge choice of pavement café bars and restaurants.
Lively street market and many summer cultural events.

Mediterranean beaches 25 min.

“Marsanne” is our second holiday villa. After the success of “Carignan” (also in Aumes), we decided to follow the same format, 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms, private pool etc. There is one significant difference......... all the rooms are on the same level. Repeat visitors can now choose between different houses in the same location! All the details of the area, things to do and places to visit are exactly the same as Carignan.

Marsanne is new for 2008, and we are pleased to say that the house is as we hoped it would be, a “home from home”.

“CARIGNAN” and “MARSANNE” prices for 2008/ 2009 ( per week, including services, bed linen and house towels).

July/August : £1345 (up to eight persons).

June/September : £835 (up to eight persons).

October to May : £595 or £300 plus £75 per person ( A couple would be £450)

Holidays spanning two price periods are costed on a pro rate basis.
